Bolaji Olawoyin is a health development specialist with over 11 years of diverse experience in the private and public health sectors, including three years at mid-level and three years at senior-level management strengthening public health supply chains. Bolaji has hands-on experience managing health product supply chains, including vaccines, in both high and low-resource settings, as well as providing government advisory services, supporting policy documents, and strengthening health systems. Bolaji’s work experience includes stints in Africa, the United States, and Canada.
Bolaji has advised top-level government officials on how to ensure sustainability and improve in-country health systems. He is deeply committed to increasing access to medicines and providing technical assistance to private, social-sector, and government institutions working to improve public health systems through evidence-based approaches from the private sector. His private sector experience includes leading cross-functional teams to drive business improvement for a leading big Pharma company while managing various clinical supply chain business processes and related systems.
Bolaji holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University, Scotland and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Nigeria’s Obafemi Awolowo University.
